The KONTRAJARRENA work was awarded as a finalist in the Blas Arratibel 2022 Craft Competition.
The Blas de Arratibel 2022 craft competition once again recognized the best works of artisans from the Basque Country and the Treviño County in two categories: the first aimed at people who have their status as artisans recognized and the second reserved for those who are not registered as professionals.
The Department of Employment Promotion, Trade and Tourism of the Provincial Council of Álava is holding this competition with the aim of stimulating artisan activity, promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the members of this group, and valuing the work of a key sector in the transmission of local culture and traditional trades. This year marks the thirty-sixth edition of the competition.
