I feel immense pleasure when I work with wood; an intention is born within me, I develop an idea, I give it shape, and it gradually acquires a soul. I wear it down and polish it from my inspiration, and I end up giving it a specific form, whether it be a concrete object or an abstract feeling.
Through his collections, the sculptor presents series with diverse forms in rustic, contemporary, modern, and abstract styles, creating pieces that maintain their connection to nature and evoke a multitude of sensations.
He explores the beauty of textures, reliefs, and emptiness, highlighting the grain found in different woods; emphasizing these grains and using compositions of regular and irregular lines, thus creating works that sharpen our senses.
